the challange

3-storey residential building. 286 sq. m. per storey. kindergarten. playground. and a wine cellar. pre-existing initial drafts. my job: ideally combining and optimising all of the above.

i love challenges!

 

the approach

it soon became clear: the existing plans needed an overhaul and i had to adopt an entirely new approach. the client’s wish: to adapt the living units to the exterior surroundings. it was particularly important to create flats with a minimum of three rooms each, large bathrooms and plenty of storage space. after all: these three things you can never get enough of.

the resulting flats feature a generous and family-oriented interior with a touch of luxury.
